The platform I want to do is to have AKP classified ads or a Directory for each member. The purpose of this Directory or classified ads website is that all members will fill out or will sign up for the website and automatically will index the details and information of every member, such as their jobs or their businesses or what they sell online or Services that can be availed or offer online. We will patronize our own products before we go to other online platforms that offer services or products. Let’s go to our own online platform first. Let’s support our own when we do this, we will all rise.

This platform is for everyone, for the rich and the poor, just for example like a massage service, assuming you are looking for a massage online and you get the service of our brother on our online platform. Then there is a possibility that our masseuse brother or sister that day did not have a booking massage, but because of the online platform, he/she had a booking instead of zero income. For those who avail of the service, the benefit they can get is a discount, which is If they go to another service provider, they will not be able to avail of the discount. Without the online platform of the brotherhood, he/she will not have a good discount either aside from the services.

Let’s go to the bigger picture. My personal Experience, I bought a car several times from a brother and because of the Facebook posts of our brothers, I saw that they were selling cars (agent/company representative), so I decided to go to them, and they had a sale. Even the lowly people or the high people in our society, through this platform, I believe that we will all be lifted up because everything you need before you go to other online platforms, you have to look at the AKP online platform of our brotherhood first.

What is an online business directory?

  • A commercial database /platform for AKP members.
  • The directory lists and stores the names of AKP members, business types, products or services he/she offers, addresses, contact numbers, social media account and location.
  • The database will provide 24/7 online access to the up-to-date member information from any computer or mobile device.
  • Business promotion within the organization and a consumer’s easy access to product/s or service he/she needs.

We can help each other’s business or income grow by patronizing the services or products of AKP members instead of patronizing it from other sellers/businesses not within the organization.  For example:

  • Discounts from the seller/business owner – AKP member as buyer/consumer may avail of this which is not available if transacted from other seller not within the organization.
  • Commissions to be earned by our AKP member.  A classic example is when purchasing a car from a salesman without knowing that one of our brothers has been trying to get sell a car for so many months already.  That sale, that commission should have been given to our AKP member.
This online business directory will not only serve as business communication between the members of our organization.  This will also serve as platform for us to know one another better by lifting each other’s morale, trust and confidence, and growth via financial aspect.

AKP Office

What is AKP Office?

  • The AKP office fosters an inclusive environment and commitment for AKP member’s growth, academic excellence, civic engagement, leadership development, and positive relationships.
  • The AKP office is available for AKP members within the area and for those who have been in and out of town/the country for both business and personal reasons.
  • The AKP office also offers boarding space for rent to AKP members.

What’s in it for us?

  • AKP members visiting Manila can visit the office for AKP-related transactions/help.
  • AKP members needing a place to stay for both business and/or personal reasons can avail of our boarding space for rent while staying in Manila.
  • The AKP Office is an income-generating project with transparency and accountability

Revamp of AKP organizational ID

  • Issuance of ID cards to identify and verify active members of our organizations with expiration date.
  • ID card to be issued exclusively by AKP for a prescribed fee and with official receipt as proof of authenticity and avoid fake production of AKP IDs and corruption within the organization if produced unofficially.
  • Upon loss of eligibility, ID card must be surrendered and will be replaced thru official transaction with AKP.
  • This will prevent fake or fraudulent IDs given to AKP members that have been negatively impacting our member(s) and/or the organization as a whole.

Creating sector of professions or occupations

What is AKP Sector Professional Service Assistance and what is it for us?

We are a brotherhood of men and women from different industries.  Most of us are already experts in our business, in our fields and we would like to share our experiences, our knowledge, our expertise to our brothers/sisters.  We might have been doing this already but without a structure.

Some of members are still students, still striving to succeed and are seeking for assistance.  They don’t know where to go or where to seek for help.

Now thru AKP PROFESSIONAL SERVICE ASSISTANCE, professionals or successful and established members of a specific industry can provide assistance to other members of the same field.

  • A structured and customized online platform with assigned industries storing data that can be accessed by all members depending on their needs.
    • Professionals to dump and store data they think beneficial for striving members of the same field. Example, review materials, updates about their profession, etc.
    • Members needing data for a specific field have access to the online platform anytime, anywhere. Example, review materials they can refer to for their board exams.

What is AKP Merch Central and what is it for us?

AKP Merch Central is AKP’s one stop shop for designing, creating goods/products, fulfilling and shipping orders. 

  • Centralized – for better control.  It is responsible all the sales of organization.
  • A more efficient and transparent inventory and accounting.
  • Easier monitoring and tracking of sales, deliveries, returns (if applicable).
  • Delivery at a single point decrease cost of delivery.
  • Receipt and inspection of goods can be more efficiently organized. (NO RECEIPT, ITEM IS FOR FREE)
  • Less personnel will be required for managing.
