Here are the documents that prove that NVGS or National Vice grand skeptron brother Joseph de Guzman is a legitimate member of the brotherhood AKRHO. First is the certificate of legitimacy given to him by the local founding fathers of the said chapter or council he came from. Secondly, he received a very rare award from our founding fathers of the Alpha Kappa Rho because he was one of those who received the award who signed by many founding father of the brotherhood. Because of the love of his brothers in his chapter they floated so that they could defend their brother NVGS Dok Joseph who is a legit member of the brotherhood
